- Eligibility for Refunds: To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging. Refund requests must be made within 30 days of receiving the item.
- Non-Refundable Items: Certain items, such as custom or personalized products, certain sale items, or gift cards, will not be eligible for refunds.

- Refund Timing: Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
2. Exchanges
- Eligibility for Exchanges: Exchanges are accepted for defective or damaged items or if you need a different size. The item must be returned in its original condition and packaging.

3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and details of the issue. We will resolve the matter promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
5. Sale and Clearance Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale or clearance items are not eligible for refunds unless they arrive damaged or defective.
